They design marketing automation routes for generating, qualifying and nurturing leads and implement corresponding campaigns They monitor the performance of marketing automation campaigns and create reports to measure and increase campaign effectiveness They design a customer journey with clearly defined touchpoints and relocate them on the system side With automation and CRM-based target group segmentation, you will ensure more efficient and personalized marketing measures They implement and develop the Marketing Automation tool chain in close cooperation with relevant stakeholders They control external service providers and advise internal stakeholders on all aspects of marketing automation They expand the documentation and communicate gained insights to the Business Partner Marketing

You have a degree in marketing, digital media, business informatics or a comparable qualification They bring several years of experience in the planning, implementation and reporting of marketing automation campaigns, ideally in the B2B sector You have deep knowledge of the application of Salesforce MCAE or Pardot and are familiar with its integration and further development Your experience in the analysis and optimization of campaigns as well as your ability to continuously improve processes contribute significantly to improving efficiency An analytical, structured and result-oriented way of working is characterized. They communicate fluently in German and English and can represent complex technical facts in a comprehensible and target group-oriented manner
