Senior Consultant (m/w/i) Participation in the development and development of our employer branding Care and further development of our career side (e.g. to inform exhibition dates) Design and coordination of print media (e.g. flyers, brochures, exhibition documents with InDesign) Creation and revision of online job advertisements Development of social media content (text, image, possibly video) for recruiting and employer branding purposes

Graduate in the field of personal marketing, communication sciences or comparable, or a commercial/media training (e.g. as a merchant for marketing communication (m/w/i), media merchant (m/w/i) or the like) with interest in HR topics Interest in personal marketing, employer branding and modern staff work Creativity and a good sense of language, design and audience Safe handling of MS Office Knowledge of social media, CMS or graphics/video tools (WordPress, Adobe InDesign, CapCut) of advantage Enough experience with digital media and AI desirable Self-employed, structured working and team skills Customer friendliness, enforcement and open communication Good English knowledge of word and writing
