• Performance of service and maintenance work at local customers
• troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of electrical installations
• Start-up and support of modern systems (e.g. KNX, SmartHome, E-Mobility)
• Customer advice on technical solutions and system optimization

Your profile for the customer service technician for electrical engineering (m/w/d):

• Completed training as an electronic (m/w/d) for energy and building technology or comparable
• Experience in customer service or strong interest in direct customer contact
• Knowledge or enthusiasm for modern technologies such as KNX, SmartHome, E-Mobility
• Self-employed and reliable operation
• Friendly appearance, team skills and good communication skills
• Class B driving licence
