Product development: As a product manager (m/w/d), you take responsibility for the entire life cycle of our omnikanal products in the field of composite insurance for private and corporate customers, including strategy, development and tariff optimization. Project coordination: As a central interface between product development, marketing and sales to initiate and implement successful projects and product developments as well as marketing in the team. Customer analysis: Use your expertise in composite insurance to identify the needs of our customers and identify suitable sales channels. Innovative concepts: Develop creative product, theme and target group concepts for new products and product revisions to meet market requirements. Network building & care: nursing and expanding an internal competence network to meet the needs of our target groups as much as possible.

Education: Successful studies or training in insurance or financial sector. Professional experience: Including professional practice in insurance distribution, product management or product development for insurance products. Project experience: Practical experience in managing and/or implementing projects. Communication skills: a strong team player that convinces with binding and target group-oriented appearance.
