As Team Lead Private Cloud (m/w/d), you take responsibility for the operation and further development of our state-of-the-art VMware and Cloud environments. You lead two specialized teams and actively shape the future of our IT services. Responsibility for stable operation and integration of VMware, storage and backup platforms Professional and disciplinary leadership as well as further development of storage and backup as well as VMware team Promotion of standardization and automation (PowerShell, PowerCLI, REST, ARIA Automation & Orchestrator) Strategic development of the performance and product portfolio in the field of Microsoft and Cloud technologies Financial planning and economic development of the teams as part of the financial objectives Management of IT projects and ensuring the agreed service levels and customer satisfaction

Multiannual professional experience in IT projects, operation and integration as well as at least three years of professional and disciplinary leadership experience in a technical environment Funded knowledge of VMware, Storage & Backup technologies and cloud platforms (e.g. Azure) Very broad knowledge of IT infrastructure services and management services Entrepreneurial, customer-oriented thinking and safe occurrence at management level Very good business knowledge with focus on cost & investment calculation Very good knowledge of German and English
