IP management, primarily brands and designs Preparation and support of brand and design applications incl. Opposition Management, extension and maintenance of existing rights and time-limit monitoring Implementation of brand and design researches incl. Competition analyses Monitoring of brand applications from third parties Participation in risk analysis and derivation of action recommendations Independent correspondence with external lawyers and service providers Support and coordination of IP-related projects Maintenance of all IP data, files and documents in the IP management systems Coordination and optimization of the IP management system with external service providers Support for internal IP management system training Organization of meetings and IP workshops Support in the processing of employee inventions incl. Documentation and inventiveness Participation in budget planning in the IP area Creation of cost overviews as well as sales and sales data

Completed legal-administrative training, e.g. as a patent attorney specialist (m/w/d), completed legal studies in the Bachelor or a comparable qualification Knowledge or practical experience in the field of IP, trademarks, patents or intellectual property rights and a systematic understanding of the relationships Safe handling of MS Office; Experience with databases or IP management systems desirable Very structured, careful and frist-oriented working Organisational and coordination strength Communication security in handling internal interfaces and external partners Own initiative, independent operation, reliability and discretion Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
