For our training center in the Julius-Dopslaff campus in Winnenden we are looking for a Projektmanager (m/w/d) to support the team for organizing and supporting visitors

You take over the planning and organization of our customer events from A such as registration to Z as room reservation You receive and serve our guests You organize the catering and take over the hosting You are contact persons for our field staff, speakers and customers

You have a commercial training You work independently, are reliable and powerful You have a high service orientation and have joy in dealing with people You have good ways of handling and secure knowledge of German You are flexible in time and can work longer at evening events You have good MS Office skills
