You support organisational development through the optimization of processes and the implementation of practical IT applications. As a practical manager: you actively contribute to the further development of our dedicated team, take an inspiring role model, promote through targeted coaching and shape regular, valuable team meetings. You take care of recruiting, as well as the creation of service and holiday plans. Monitoring and control of workflows and ensuring efficient time management are also your responsibility. You are responsible for budgets, coordinate purchasing and material management, quality management and ensure that all processes run smoothly and in the highest quality.
