Key Account Complaint Investigator (m/d) Company: Aesculap AG Job location: Tuttlingen, Baden-Württemberg, Germany Functional area: Quality Working model: Hybrid Requirement number: 12523 We are looking for a key account Complaint Investigator (w/m/d) for the Aesculap division at the Tuttlingen site in the area of quality management within our Post Market Surveillance department.

You are responsible for an efficient and process-compliant technical product analysis of active medical devices (e.g. digital navigation and robotics systems), software as a medical product and stand-alone software as part of complaint processing You are responsible for the further development and introduction of modern, technical product analysis processes corresponding to the state of the art, including remote analyses, AI-based methods and process automation You are responsible for producing technical investigation reports in full compliance with regulatory, technical and specific market and customer requirements You control and monitor the entire product analysis process via all internal and external interfaces and are the central contact person at B. Braun for process-side queries You are responsible for identifying product defects, derivation and initiation of emergency measures, corrective and preventive measures and product optimizations, as well as for identifying product safety-relevant deviations You support and are responsible for projects and working groups in quality management (e.g. the introduction of digitalization, automation and AI solutions)
