Deputy Head of Medical Controlling (m/f/d)

Support and representation of department management in the professional and organizational control of the medical controller Coordination and further development of workflows and ensuring timely and correct coding and settlement of stationary hospital services Advice and support of medical executives in matters of coding, documentation quality and salvation Analysis of medical performance and preparation of evaluations and reports on coding and accounting quality Participation in the control and optimization of MD management as well as preparation and monitoring of structural checks

Completed studies in the medical, health and economic field, as an alternative a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience Multiannual professional experience in medical controlling or hospital management Knowledge of stationary and outpatient hospital billing, the DRG system and the relevant legal and regulatory bases Ideally, first experience in the professional management or coordination of employees Very good computer skills, especially in handling MS Office; Knowledge of ORBIS and SQL are beneficial Embossed analytical skills, economic thinking and organisational skills Strength of communication, capacity for conflict and enforcement as well as a self-sponsored and structured way of working
