Multiannual professional experience, for example, in the production planning of Li-Ion battery packs and modules or in highly automated assembly lines Experience in the leadership of interdisciplinary teams, for example as project or subproject manager Structured and organized working, high self-motivation and the ability to motivate and join the project team Very good English knowledge and willingness to travel abroad and work in international teams Complete engineering studies (e.g. production technology or manufacturing technology)
