For this we need you: You support the organization, coordination and optimization of all workflows of catering manufacturing You conduct independently events in our wedding location “Speisekammer Deusen” and treat our guests: As a contact person:in for our guests:inside you are inspired by a pronounced and lived client:inside and service orientation Implementation of Service Briefings Participation in R&B meetings for your assigned events Compliance with all service, quality and safety standards With us you bring your own ideas to the further development of the department. Optimum material planning and ordering Up and down of the required event equipment Responsible handling and maintenance of the used event equipment Delivering food and drinks Event accounting in the cash register system

You are a very hearty host: with charm and charisma and your profile belong: A completed three-year vocational training in hotel, restaurant or in a comparable gastronomic profession Long-standing professional experience in the gastronomic care of weddings and corporate events You like to work on the weekend and in the evening hours Experiences in social media, marketing & sales Your strengths are especially in the professional and service-oriented handling of our demanding guests: inside Good German and English skills Driving class B High level of quality awareness High commitment and identification with the assigned task Particular interest in developing concepts Good analytical skills Good administrative knowledge Motivated and open minded personality Self-employed

The employment is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the remuneration agreement for the hotel and restaurant industry of the State of NRW. The job is limited to two years, but offers a long-term and permanent perspective. Working volume: 169 hours/month Tariff: 3.1 with a content of approx. 43,000 euros Place of occupation: from now on, admission by agreement The tendering period shall expire on 15.10.2026
