The area of responsibility includes the department of driving services for our activities throughout the Federal Republic of Saxony-Anhalt. The first place of work and the office location are located in our office in 39104 Magdeburg.

Professional and disciplinary leadership of employees Ensuring the personal and material operability of the driving service Creation of service and tour plans Disposition of the fleet Monitoring and coordination of maintenance and service appointments Quality assurance in the driving service Communication with authorities, associations and cooperation partners Financial Responsibility: Creating Offers, Conducting Afternoons with Cost Carriers Leading participation in calls for tenders in the service Active participation in the further development of the driving service Support in public and sales work Administrative tasks and operational support in case of need Telephone availability outside regular working hours in case of need

Completed commercial vocational training Basic business knowledge Class B driving licence (unconditional) Ideally: driving licence for passenger transport (§ 49 PBefG) Remarkable: IHK expert examination for taxi and car rental companies or the willingness to acquire them Representative leadership and social competence High customer orientation, quality awareness and organizational ability Safe handling of EDV and good application skills in MS Office Experience in MRP or Driving Service Advantageous knowledge of passenger transport law (PBefG) Efficiency, decision-making and a high level of responsibility Communication strength and secure and binding occurrence Willingness to cooperate with different interfaces (drivers, customers, clients) Positive basic attitude to the Christian values of the Malteser
