igefa SE & Co. KG is looking for a Junior Legal Counsel (m/w/d) for our locations in Bremen, Lehrte, Neumünster or Tornesch.

You support the Legal Department in exciting topics of civil, economic and contractual law You actively participate in company law – from decisions to organ orders to commercial register topics You examine and design standard contracts and introduce your legal perspective into negotiations and voting You work closely with the management and various fields of expertise and involve external legal advisers in special issues You carry out legal research and continuously develop internal templates, processes and guidelines

A completed legal degree (LL.B., LL.M., M.A. Law/Economic Law) or a comparable qualification First practical insights into civil or corporate law, e.g. through internships or working student activities Curiosity for economic relationships and desire to work on business topics A structured, careful and reliable way of working and genuine interest in personal development Very good knowledge of German, communicative strength and joy in shaping solutions in the team
