Responsibility for all operational, administrative and organisational tasks in the HR sector Central contact person and interface for our executives and employees in all personnel and labour law matters as well as accounting-relevant social insurance and wage tax issues Implementation of the preparatory pay settlement, including all upstream and downstream activities Communication with external partners such as social security institutions, financial offices etc. Processing of reporting and certification and maintenance of our time management system Creation of contractual changes, certificates and other personal documents Independent cooperation on HR projects

Closed commercial vocational training with relevant professional experience (industry trader:wife, HR businessman:wife, assistant:in salary, or similar qualification) safe knowledge of payroll accounting incl. Wage tax and SV law and well-founded experience in accounting are desirable well-founded experience in contracting and certification safer handling of MS Office applications Loadability, enforcement strength and very conscientious, structured, solution-oriented and independent operation Team spirit, organisational and communication strength as well as absolute discretion in handling employee and company data
