Control and coordination of supply chain processes with a focus on storage, transport, disposition and production logistics Planning and monitoring of goods receipts, stocks, material delivery and timely dispatch processing Ensuring an efficient and smooth workflow and the timely processing of orders and compliance with quality standards Ensuring optimal storage and cleanliness, as well as compliance with applicable requirements regarding storage principles (FIFO, LIFO, etc.) Disposition of materials/goods incl. Voting with purchasing, production and sales Coordination and control of freight forwarders and logistics service providers, including time and cost control Ensuring material availability for production and monitoring of throughput times and stocks Maintenance and evaluation of master data as well as bookings/process steps in the ERP system Active cooperation in the introduction of an ERP system Contact person/key user for the logistics focus in the ERP system Analysis of relevant KPIs (e.g. delivery schedule, stocks, ranges) and derivation of optimization measures Cooperation with improvement and digitization projects (e.g. process standardisation, CVP/Lean) Implementation of process and workflow analyses for logistical processes and activities Creating and managing security instructions, operating instructions, process instructions, work instructions, forms and process descriptions in accordance with the applicable requirements (e.g. ISO 9001) Implementation of internal training Create calculations (e.g. determination of storage costs, supply creation, etc.) Compliance and monitoring of safety directives, work instructions and legal regulations Regular reporting to the supervisor Interface communication with other departments, such as purchasing, production and order processing Cooperation with internal departments / service companies and external service providers

Complete advancement in logistics, supply chain or comparable qualification Remarkable: Multiannual professional experience in logistics, supply chain ERP knowledge (e.g. SAP, Proalpha, etc.) and safe handling of system-based processes Very good knowledge of MS Office 365 (in particular Excel) Structured, self-sponsored operation as well as pronounced communication and team skills Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (English of advantage) Knowledge of process optimization (KVP, Lean) or KPI-based control Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or transport management (TMS) Valid forklift and experience in handling forklift trucks (e.g. front trucks, thrust trucks) Understanding safety regulations in storage and transport Analytical thinking and the ability to act quickly in a dynamic environment Flexibility
