internal project management (e.g. project coordination in coordination with the respective project partner and internal specialist areas such as sales, marketing communications and customer service as well as our subsidiaries and sales partners worldwide) Support in the creation of marketing concepts, e.g. market and competition research, presentations, statistics and the refurbishment of trade fairs abroad Support in the creation of medium-term planning and project management plans Control of associations, market partners and key accounts Creation of registration documents, forms, catalogue contents, exhibitor lists, website Advising the exhibitors with regard to their participation in trade fairs (stand design) Planning, presentation of offers, confirmation of presentation and invoice for our exhibitors

completed commercial training and professional experience in a commercial activity very good MS Office identifiers (especially, Excel and PowerPoint) very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing good oral and written expressiveness Organisational capacity independent and structured operation strong intercultural competence Knowledge of another foreign language good knowledge of SAP (R/3, CRM and BW)
