Training in the insurance sector: e.g. as an example insurance businessman / insurance businesswoman (m/w/d), merchant for insurance and finance (m/w/d), insurance specialist / insurance specialist (m/w/d), also with further education or a comparable qualification Sales experience and development motivation: You want to start digital direct sales, ideally you bring 2 years of experience in the distribution of (BU) insurances with Customer orientation & communication strength: You are convinced by your friendly and professional appearance – German knowledge (C2) is essential IT-Affinity & Learning: You are at home in the digital world, have a quick understanding and are open to new innovative approaches in customer consulting Teamplayer: You like to work together in the team on site and appreciate the personal exchange in the office
