As a regional market access manager, you take a key role in the German healthcare system. You are the strategic interface between health insurance companies, clinics and internal teams and ensure that patients get access to modern treatment options.

Negotiations: You take over the talks with hospital purchasing communities and regional cost-beneficiaries to ensure optimal contractual conditions and refund models Strategy development: You design and implement regional market access and refund strategies that facilitate access to innovative therapies Stakeholder Management: You build resilient relationships with health insurance companies, MDKs and other decision-makers and maintain these continuously Analysis and adaptation: You observe health policy developments and derive measures to ensure competitiveness Teamwork: You work closely with external services, key account management and internal departments to overcome regional barriers and achieve common goals

Completed studies in healthcare, life sciences or comparable Experience in negotiations with clinics and health insurance companies Knowledge of the German health system and reimbursement processes Impressed communication and negotiation strength and strategic thinking An existing network in the clinic and cash field is advantageous
