Controller – Group Controlling (m/f/d)

Support and economic analysis of selected national and international holding companies including production and analysis Processing of GuV, balance sheet and cash flow Creation and further development of Group-wide reporting, in particular sales reports, and GuV, balance sheet and cash flow evaluations Participation in budget planning, medium-term planning, production of forecasts and monthly accounts of selected equity companies and in consolidated group consolidation Implementation of results, cost and deviation analyses and derivation of concrete recommendations for action for management Development and optimization of reporting and controlling processes with focus on data quality, standardization and efficiency Participation in the introduction and development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and other controlling and reporting solutions Close cooperation with the financial departments of the holding companies, consolidated financial accounting and other departments of the parent company Participation in the construction of a production controller and a meaningful indicator system for the after sales service

Successfully completed studies of business management or economics or a comparable qualification with a focus on controlling, finance or accounting Multiannual professional experience in controlling, ideally in an internationally established company or group, as well as profound experience in equity controlling, reporting and in budget and forecast planning Very good knowledge in the production and analysis of GuV, balance sheet and cash flow, as well as basic knowledge in Group consolidation; Experiences with IDL are beneficial Very good Excel knowledge as well as pronounced IT and data affinity; Experiences with Power BI, Cubus or comparable reporting solutions are desirable Impressive analytical skills and the ability to critically question complex business relationships and to prepare them in a comprehensible manner Communication strength and joy in cooperation with different disciplines and international contacts as well as very good German and English knowledge in word and writing
