In this position, you will accompany our infrastructure projects (e.g. 2nd S-Bahn trunk line Munich) in commercial project management, focusing on the topics of damage management and project insurance as well as board templates You take over the damage and insurance management for our infrastructure projects including receiving, testing and forwarding of incoming claims You have potential risks in mind and respond to them by proactive chance/risk management and early initiation of countermeasures To do this, you will obtain construction reports, defect displays, performance levels and photo documentation for damage processing and coordination Through a trusted and close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders: inside, such as insurance companies and damage regulators, lawyers: inside, law firms and service providers, you are responsible for a successful project development In addition to reporting related to project insurance, you support us in the preparation, coordination, submission and commercial audit of management templates

Your profile:

The basis of your career is a successfully completed study, e.g. as an industrial engineer:in, civil engineer:in or farmer:in; Alternatively, you have an equivalent professional training and many years of professional experience in a similar function Experience in contract management, damage, insurance and/or claim management We wish you a high affinity for complex projects and technical facts With the usual software applications like MS Office you can handle routined Your high level of independentness and problem-solving competence as well as your safe occurrence vis-à-vis all project participants convince us Communication and enforcement strength, team skills and a structured, detailed and targeted way to complete your profile You bring the willingness to work on a weekly basis in Munich
