F&B Assistant (m/f/d)

Administrative tasks Support for R&B management in day-to-day operations Participation in the creation and maintenance of schedules, holiday overviews and working time controls Preparation and evaluation of R&B key figures, statistics and reports Support for goods orders, invoice controls and inventory Cooperation in the control and optimization of goods and personnel costs Creation and maintenance of food and beverage cards and internal documentation Support in organizing training, meetings and events Communication and coordination between the various R&B departments and other hotel areas Operational tasks Active support in the daily service business and ensuring smooth operations Support in coordinating the various gastronomic areas Ensuring and monitoring our service and quality standards Professional care of our guests and handling of guest wishes and feedback Support for the introduction and guidance of new employees Participation in the preparation and implementation of events and special gastronomic offers Control of compliance with hygiene regulations and HACCP standards Detection of optimization potentials and introduction of own ideas for the further development of our R&B processes

Complete training in hospitality or gastronomy or comparable qualification First professional experience in the Food & Beverage area, ideally in the hotel industry Pleasure of a varied activity between office and operating daily business Organizational design and a structured, reliable and independent way of working Embossed service orientation and real hostage Good knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel and Word Understanding figures and interest in business relations Communication strength, team spirit and a safe occurrence Flexibility, self-initiative and hand-on mentality Good knowledge of German and English
