Multiannual professional experience in facility management, building management, in technical infrastructure or maintenance Leadership experience in a technical organization unit Basic technical understanding, for example from civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or industrial engineering Experience in handling larger buildings, technical installations or infrastructures Structured, responsible operation Embossed concept of service and service Secure communication in German, English of advantage
