Head of IT Applications (m/f/d)

Leadership & Development: You lead, motivate and develop the employees of your department, and in particular promote their competences in project management as well as in conceptual tasks. Application management: Together with your team, you will ensure the smooth, economical and future-oriented operation of the group-wide application landscape. Strategy & development: You actively shape the application strategy as well as the further development of closely linked ERP and IT applications and are responsible for the implementation of a comprehensive application roadmap. Project & Interface Management: As a central interface between departments and IT You are group-wide digitalization projects from initiation to implementation and are also responsible for project portfolio and resource planning. Service provider control: You coordinate and control external IT service providers securely and are responsible for maintaining time, budget and quality targets including contract management.

Qualification: You have a completed study of (economic) informatics, business management or a comparable qualification. Leadership experience: You bring multi-annual professional experience in a management function in the IT environment – ideally in the field of IT applications – and lead teams targeted and planned. IT- & Application Knowledge: You have a broad understanding of applications, software architectures and modern technologies; Knowledge in the energy and/or OPNV environment is advantageous. Project & Change Management: You are experienced in managing projects, for example using PRINCE2 or agile methods, make informed decisions and actively shape changes. Personality & working methods: You convince by communication strength, self-responsibility, loadability and a safe occurrence paired with solution-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking.
