· Development and optimization of formulations for cosmetic products according to regulatory requirements (e.g. EU Cosmetic Regulation) · Management and coordination of development projects to market maturity, including time and resource planning · Implementation and evaluation of stability studies and compatibility tests · Interdisciplinary cooperation with production, regulatory affairs, medical science department, product management, quality assurance and purchasing · Market observation, trend analysis and innovation management in the field of formulation technology and new raw materials · Cooperation with suppliers, academic establishment and implementation of literature research to support claims about cosmetic products and ingredients · Conducting processes for the exchange of ingredients while maintaining product integrity in line with corporate interests

· You have a completed scientific study (e.g. chemistry, biology, medical technology or a comparable subject), possibly with doctorate · You have at least two years of practical experience in the development of cosmetic products · You have basic knowledge of relevant legal requirements and regulations and are ready to develop in this area · You master German and English very well in word and writing · You work carefully, structured and reliable and take responsibility for tasks · You are characterized by teamwork, learning and creativity, as well as a high level of responsibility
