F&B Trainee (m/f/d)

You go on an 18-month journey through our house, planned in a schedule structured with a focus on R&B You work operatively in all our 4 gastronomic outlets and gather valuable experiences You accompany our banquet and event area in an operational and administrative way The areas of marketing, repentance, accounting and management complete your time with us and yes: also for you it is called ''ab in the kitchen' the best thing: we promote you not only professionally, but also humanly - participation in our Upstalsboom curriculum is an integral part of you. In your personal development, we also prepare the way to leadership, with you getting to know other Upstalsboom houses at the same time

You have a completed training in the area of hotel or restaurant and/or a study in the area of hospitality / tourism / hospitality management You bring at least 1-2 years of professional experience You are welcome and enthusiastic with your cordial nature You are a team player You want to develop professionally and personally You have a high degree of sense of responsibility and self-sufficiency
