Subject matter expert for road administration (m/f/d)

Since 01.01.2021, the Federal Highway GmbH has been responsible for around 13,200 motorway kilometres as the operator of one of the largest and most diverse infrastructures. Each motorway-kilometre has to be financed, planned and purchased at the desk and supplied with personnel and accompanied legally. In order to support our team in the Road Administration department in Munich or Kempten, we are looking for you as experts for road management (m/w/d).

Creating opinions on hearings in the framework of construction permit procedures, construction plans, construction applications, land use plans and other planning, in cooperation with internal specialist departments Creating TKG decisions, use and funeral contracts, and drawing up decisions on requests for special use

Completed degree (Dipl. [FH]/ Bachelor) of Administration, Public Administration, Public Management, Civil Engineering, Geography or in a discipline with comparable contents or similar or acquired by professional experience, equivalent suitability Understanding and interest in technical processes Secure handling of PC standard software as well as PowerPoint and Excel

That would be desirable: knowledge of road law, at best experience in the field of technical administration Knowledge of the relevant legal standards, such as the Federal Road Law (FStrG), guidelines for the use of the Federal Roads in the construction load of the Federal Government (Use Directives), Administrative Procedure Act (VwVfG), Telecommunications Act (TKG), BauGB and related standards
