Your DNA is the identification of process optimizations and the implementation of these requirements in coordination with the Schaeffler system landscape in a cross-functional end-to-end approach At one of the largest agile standardization and digitization projects with global scope, you work proactively and shape the future processes in the new S/4 Hana System You act as a central interface between our end users and IT, understand their requirements and translate them into sustainable IT solutions You support communication and collaboration with stakeholders from different levels by providing relevant information to target groups to ensure project success You build a global network of process experts and specialist departments and take care of its ongoing support. The satisfaction of our stakeholders and internal customers is your priority Cooperation in projects, coordination of tasks and coordination with the respective interfaces in different projects (specialities & IT) In addition to your team boundaries, you will ensure a continuous transfer of knowledge and a professional documentation of process and project-related changes Together with our IT and our Finance Digitalization Team, you can catch up with the digitized processes. Studies in the field of Business Informatics, Economics or a comparable degree Structured working methods and analytical, conceptual skills and enforcement and persuasiveness Experience with the SAP modules R3 FI/MM/SD, in particular subledger processes and first knowledge with SAP S/4HANA of advantage Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Experience in project management Moderation and communication skills at all levels
