This is what awaits you: You support digitalization and modernization projects both in the context of small changes and in large projects. You conduct projects with a high IT content independently from the requirement analysis via the rollout to the successful project conclusion. You communicate with your project team, consisting of our specialist departments, internal IT teams and external service providers, to understand and implement project requirements together. You create and monitor project plans including time and resource planning, prioritize tasks and perform your projects within the defined and approved budget. You ensure transparency, quality and regular reporting and always keep in mind risk and problem management. You initiate and control project-related offers and contracts. After completion of the project, You pass the resulting tasks to the operation and support them if necessary.

Take this with you: You have several years of experience in the technical management of work packages, subprojects and project teams (including multi-project management) in the IT sector and understand how to motivate your team. Ideally, you can present classic PM certifications (IPMA, PRINCE2, PMI) You have a sound knowledge of agile procedures in the IT environment (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) and ideally have experiences as SCRUM Master or in comparable roles. You are able to use agile methods in projects to sustainably increase efficiency, time-to-market and quality. You possess distinct organizational and analytical skills and are able to prepare complex topics structured as well. You set priorities sovereignly and find targeted solutions when new challenges arise. High communication skills are your key strengths. You act proactive, independent and responsible. You bring very good German knowledge (at least level C1).
