The Octapharma production company Deutschland mbH (OPGD) in Springe near Hannover is one of five state-of-the-art production sites. Professional and disciplinary leadership of employees Organisation, coordination and prioritization of work orders Creating shift, weekly and holiday plans Designing, testing and creating work regulations and production documents Coordination & documentation of production steps Planning, preparation, coordination and monitoring of routine and validation batches Participation in readiness

Complete vocational training in the scientific/pharmaceutical field and additional training (e.g. Master) Multiannual professional experience in pharmaceutical production and leadership experience Very good knowledge of relevant standards and laws (e.g. GMP, Safety Directives) Problem and conflict resolution competence as well as leadership and enforcement Very good IT user knowledge (including PLS, OctaMes, MS Office) Very good German and good English skills
