Complete study of architecture or civil engineering or comparable qualification with multi-year professional experience. Very good knowledge of building and building management. Safe handling of VOB, VgV, BauGB, BauO Bln, HOAI, DIN standards and guidelines. Experience in planning, control and management of construction projects.
