You initiate and accompany the comprehensive collection of energy-relevant building data and thus create the basis for optimized, data-based (investment) decisions As Data Owner, ensure quality, up-to-date, consistency and completeness of building data You develop a data stream concept for quality assurance and (partial) automated use of information in processes and analyses You establish building data as a strategic asset and thus contribute decisively to the further development of our climate strategy and portfolio development You design closed data circuits to overcome silo thinking and create real added value for organization and employees You work closely with disciplines, IT and external partners and assume the role of bridge builders between technology, data management and strategy

You have completed a degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Facility Management, Data Science or comparable You have relevant professional experience in building management, energy management, data management or in digital transformation projects Embossed understanding of energy relations between buildings and digital data architectures Experiences in data quality management, data governance or comparable Their working style is targeted and cooperative; You think strategically and systemically and act sovereignly in dealing with internal and external stakeholders Very good knowledge of MS Office, if necessary. Knowledge of SAP, databases or BI tools (e.g. Power BI, SAC) and the enthusiasm for the topics of decarbonization in the housing industry complete your profile
