Lead Service Manager Solution Management Cloud (m/w/d) from now on and in full time preferred in Bonn or Munich, alternatively nationwide at one of our BWI locations. The Shared Service Management (SSM) division is responsible for the comprehensive planning and control of the performance of shared service delivery and takes over the function of the central interface with the internal client. The area ensures continuous contract-compliant performance in technical control operations and is responsible for the cross-border management of complex IT solutions in the sense of comprehensive service management.
