The City Administration of Frankenthal (Pfalz) is looking for a building and land at the next possible time Projektleiter (m/w/d) E14 TVöD (5153,96€ - 7346,09€/mtl.) / A14 LBesG (5197,52€ - 6892,63€/mtl.) The Department of Buildings and Lands supervises the extensive real estate and property stock of the city of Frankenthal. The range ranges from day nurseries to schools, youth gatherings, cultural institutions, administrative buildings and fire guards to monuments. In addition to the management and maintenance, extensive investments in the construction infrastructure will be key in the coming years. Funding from the federal government and the country opens up exceptional spaces for challenging new building, renovation and expansion projects.

You assume the overall responsibility for the area and guide your team both professionally and personally With your expertise, you design the planning and management of urban real estate and develop sustainable financing solutions Bring your ideas into action by coordinating, initiating and developing future-oriented projects Together with the specialist departments, you will create the basis for successful projects through partnership and constructive cooperation. As a representative of the department, you will actively contribute your expertise to municipal bodies and to important decisions.

You have a completed university degree (Master, Uni/TH, or Bachelor / Dipl. Ing. FH) in architecture, civil engineering or facility management and corresponding professional experience or the ability for the fourth entry office of administration and finance; or You have the capacity for the third entry office of the career administration and finance and are already in the A 13 LBesG status office and provide the willingness to complete the training qualification for the A 14 LBesG. Your knowledge of the rules (VOL, VOB, HOAI) You have knowledge of relevant laws (BGB, etc.) Your technical and social skills convince you in negotiations and decisions You successfully motivate your team and employees from different disciplines to achieve the common objectives
