For our Klinik for vascular surgery we are looking for a engaged/n Chief Physician, who guarantees the smooth running of the Chief Physician Secretariat with the organizational and communication strength and acts as a central interface between doctors, patients and administration!

Tasks:

• Self-governing of the Chief Medical Secretariat with the takeover of administrative and organizational tasks
• appointment coordination of the chief physician as well as processing of correspondence and telephone requests
• Preparation of the private liquidation according to GOÄ for settlement
• Coordination and guidance of the medical writing service to ensure efficient workflow
• Participation in personnel planning and organisation of internal training events

Requirements:

• Completed training as medical/technical staff, administrative staff, office clerk or a comparable qualification with professional experience in the medical secretariat area
• Good German knowledge of word and writing, English knowledge of advantage
• Basic knowledge of the calculation according to GOÄ and safe handling of medical terminology
• High flexibility, resilience and marked service orientation in dealing with patients and colleagues
• Safe handling of modern office communication and data processing as well as an independent, structured and careful operation
