Working Student E-Learning*

You participate in the development and implementation of our e-learning platform. This includes the collaboration of new functions and modules, the integration of new content or interfaces, and the support in the maintenance and technical development of the platform. Through functional and usability tests, you ensure that new and existing elements work reliably. You document your test results in a structured manner so that You can be used directly in the team. You prepare e-learning content such as videos, PDFs or interactive modules, upload them to the LMS and create a clear and clear structure. In addition, you support the creation of modern learning content, e.g. through animation videos, AI avatars or speaker texts for learning videos. With author tools such as Articulate (Rise/Storyline) or similar tools, you can create simple learning modules and help with the didactic preparation of learning content. As part of the project management, you support the planning, prioritization and organisation of tasks and keep boards as well as documentation in Jira and Confluence up to ensure that the team has a transparent overview at any time. You’re researching best practices in the areas of e-learning, UX, micro-learning and gamification, and you’re actively engaging in derived ideas for improvement – both for the platform and for the design of the learning content. With simple evaluations (e.g. usage numbers or success rates), you contribute to evaluating the effectiveness of our content and supporting further developments based on data. By collecting and structuring user feedback, you provide valuable information for the continuous optimization of the platform.

You are in the middle of your studies and are interested in technology and digital learning formats. Studying in the field of electrical engineering or mechatronics is of advantage, but no need – we are more important to us technical understanding, curiosity and readiness to learn. First experiences with LMS or authoring tools such as Articulate 360 (Rise, Storyline) are helpful. More importantly, however, your motivation is to work you quickly and independently into new tools. You have a good feeling for UX, understandable knowledge transfer and micro-learning. Structured, careful and reliable work, as well as a high level of demand for a clear documentation characterize you. You already know Jira and Confluence or want to learn to apply them safely within the scope of the activity. First experiences with video, audio or animation are a plus. Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English (at least B2) complete your profile.
