Your tasks:

Customer support and development

• You enter and develop our existing customers and actively gain new customers in your sales area.
• Through regular customer visits, you analyze needs and present suitable solutions.
• You are responsible for collecting and tracking objects in your region.

Technical product presentation

• You introduce our electrotechnical products and solutions directly to the customer and explain their advantages.
• Together with the technical department, you make sure that the requirements of the customers are met optimally.

Supply and Contract Management

• You start offers in close coordination with the sales service.
• You conduct price negotiations and contracts according to internal guidelines.

Market and competition analyses

• You continuously test the market and competition to identify trends and opportunities at an early stage.
• You regularly share your findings with the sales management.

Coordination with internal departments

• You work closely with the indoor service, the technical department and product management.
• To ensure that customer requests are processed efficiently and professionally.

Trade fairs and events

• You represent our company at trade fairs, congresses and customer events.
• Build networks and unlock new business potentials

Your goals & expectations to the position

• You increase sales through active customer acquisitions and a sustainable support of existing customers.
• Your competent advice and fast response times will help you to satisfy your customers.
• You are expanding our market share in defined segments.
• You reach the sales targets and report to the sales management.
• You document your customer contacts carefully in the CRM system.

Your profile:

Educational requirements

• You have a completed technical (electro-installer) or commercial training/study, ideally with a focus on electrical engineering or comparable areas.
• You have several years of experience in field services or technical sales, preferably in the electrical industry.
• You have a sound technical understanding in the field of electrotechnical products.
• You know about offering and contract management and are safe to use CRM systems.

Personal characteristics

• You have strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-responsible work and a strong customer orientation characterize you.
• You are ready to travel within your sales area and have a class B licence.
