As an incoming professional (m/w/d) in the field of Transactional Services, you will learn about our business processes, key figures and data landscapes and develop technical and data-based solutions for our internal customers From the outset, you work in exciting projects, take step-by-step responsibility and bring your own ideas to standardize and optimize processes and workflows You design and develop business intelligence reports and dashboards, automate manual processes and perform complex data analyses You carry out analyses, gain valuable insights and guide concrete action recommendations and optimization measures for area control and technical improvements You participate in the development of innovative solutions and team standards, work closely with various IT areas and act as an interface between specialist, IT and management You combine your theoretical knowledge from Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Mathematics and Statistics with practical tasks at Hays and develop future-oriented solutions for everyday business

You have successfully completed your (special)high school with good performance until the start of your studies You are interested in modern IT technologies, data analysis and digital developments You want to understand how data and technologies make companies more efficient and successful You work analytically, structured and find pragmatic solutions for complex challenges You have the pleasure of learning new things, taking responsibility for tasks and moving something together in the team Your profile is rounded off by very good German and English skills and first experience in programming (e.g. Python, R)
