With your use, you contribute to the long-term orientation of the HARIBO Group. The Corporate Development Division of HARIBO Holding supports the strategic leadership of the group of companies and thus contributes significantly to the decisive focus. Basics are developed here, such as corporate strategy, derived regional or functional strategies (e.g. M&A), but also global organisational approaches. One of the visible tasks of the area is the implementation of the long-term planning cycle with the business reviews and the business planning incl. the planning workshops with selected business units. The diverse strategic projects that go beyond individual business units are also included in the colourful bag of activities. With your know-how, you analyze market and financial data and prepare them for strategic issues - both regularly for success control and ad-hoc in projects In doing so, you will create competition profiles, M&A research and analysis on business and market development at group level and present this in-house You support the annual strategic planning cycle by coordinating and preparing appointments and keep an overview of the releases, feedback and completeness of the documents In addition, you support the SVP Corporate Development and take over the travel planning and billing, appointment coordination and the organisation of management meetings

First professional experience in a quantitatively oriented area such as finance, controlling, market research, consulting or comparable, with your completed commercial training or business studies forming the basis of your success Embossed analytical skills and experience in the analysis, linking and presentation of quantitative data Self-employed, structured and service-oriented flowing English skills in word and writing for international cooperation complete all this
