Preparation of the workplace and armour of CNC milling machines (long machining centres) (e.g. Elumatec SBZ 151, Fischer FMB) machining of workpieces according to production orders, from individual parts to small series Testing of the manufactured workpieces with suitable measuring means to ensure quality Implementation of measurement corrections and independent program changes at the plants Monitoring of production processes and performing manual post-processing
Complete vocational training in the metal sector, for example as machining mechanic, CNC milling machine or a comparable qualification Insufficient professional experience in the field of CNC milling and sound knowledge in programming Experience in machining on at least one 3-axis milling machine High drawing safety and a pronounced quality awareness Good knowledge of German in word and writing for a secure understanding of work instructions Basic knowledge of EDV, especially in MS Excel
