Your responsibility Provision of contractually agreed services including Documentation and quality assurance in consultation with the client Guide, edit, and re-imagine your professional employees Taxes and monitoring of technical processes (maintenance, modernisation, repair) Communication with customers and orders Maintaining the good customer relationship – expanding the range of services Optimize the work processes or Processes The central centre is located in Donaueschingen, from here the support of regional objects is controlled. You will receive a company car for both service and private use. Experience in the cleaning industry and ideally first leadership responsibility desirable First experience in technical object operation or maintenance cleaning Security in handling MS Excel First experience in guiding a team Class B driving licence (company car is placed) Empathy, pragmatism and customer and solution orientation High service orientation and customer friendliness C1 German language
