Technical work planner with CNC programming skills in Feucht (m/f/d)

For an internationally shaped customer company from the industrial technology environment, we are looking for a technical workman with CNC programming skills (m/w/d). The position combines classic work preparation with CNC and CAM programming as well as the technical support of different manufacturing processes. The focus is on efficient production processes, high material utilization and reliable provision of all necessary manufacturing data

Your tasks

• Technical and organizational work preparation for production
• Creation and maintenance of work plans, piece lists and production documents
• Creation, optimization and management of CNC programs for milling, turning, bending, laser and water jet cutting
• Processing of print data for additive manufacturing using 3D printing
• CNC programming via CAM systems and adaptation of programs directly to machine controls
• Creation of box plans and optimization of material utilization in sheet metal processing
• selection of suitable tools, clamping means and machining strategies as well as determination of economic production sequences
• Processing and control of manufacturing orders in the ERP/PPS system SAP
• Testing of technical drawings and production documents with regard to production and assembly capability
• Planning and appointment of production orders and coordination of the processes with the production areas
• Monitoring of production progress, dates and material availability
• Determination and optimization of production and processing times
• Maintenance of product, manufacturing and master data and processing of technical changes
• Creation of evaluations and production documentation
• Accompanying initial parts and entry processes in cooperation with machine operators
• Optimization of existing manufacturing processes and participation in the introduction of new manufacturing processes
• Production supply with required production documents, data and CNC programs

That's what you bring

• Complete technical vocational training as a machining mechanic, industrial mechanic or comparable training, with training as a master
• First professional experience in work preparation or production planning in the industrial environment
• Knowledge of CNC programming and practical experience with CAM systems
• knowledge in at least one of the manufacturing processes milling, turning, bending, laser or water jet cutting
• Experience in the selection of tools, clamping means and suitable machining strategies
• Safe handling of technical drawings and production documents
• Knowledge in the planning and optimization of production processes and processing times
• Experience with ERP/PPS systems, ideally SAP
• knowledge of master data maintenance and processing of technical changes
• Practical understanding of CNC-controlled manufacturing processes and their economic optimization
