You are the problem solver and help users with technical questions - quickly and easily. You can track down mistakes and restart the systems in no time. During your training, you learn to configure systems and make sure they interact smoothly. The technical planning of systems is also part of your everyday life. You build networks and make sure they run stable and safe. You make sure that all important information is documented in a clear and structured manner so that it can be traced at any time.

You bring at least the professional school-leaving - or are on your way. You will find IT exciting and want to learn more about technical relationships. The digital world is your home: Office tools are safe and you are familiar with PC hardware and software. You can convince yourself with a sure German and good English skills. You think logically, like to find solutions and think well around the corner. Openness in dealing with others, and the willingness to take responsibility, distinguish you.
