Data Analyst - Microsoft Power BI / Business Intelligence (m/f/d)

As a business/data analyst, you are the interface between department and data: Analysis of technical questions and translation of business requirements in meaningful data models and reports Conception, development and further development of Power BI reports with a clear focus on business value Working with modern data & analytic architectures based on Microsoft Fabric (e.g. Lakehouse, Warehouse, Semantic Models) Analysis, processing and modelling of data from different sources (including SAP S/4HANA, CRM, ERP, external data sources) Development of KPIs, key figures and storylines for management and specialist departments Close cooperation with customers, consultants, data engineers and developers Implementation of workshops, requests and enablement sessions for professionals Support for governance, self-service and data legacy concepts Active thinking towards Data Products, Advanced Analytics and AI-ready Data based on fabric Your professional and personal development is important to us. Must-have: Complete studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration or a comparable qualification at least 3 years of experience as Business Analyst, Data Analyst or Power BI Consultant Very good knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, in particular data modeling, DAX and Power Query Good understanding of business relationships and key figures Analytical thinking and structured working Ability to communicate complex facts clearly and addressably Nice-to-have: First experience with Microsoft Fabric or comparable modern data platforms (Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Data Pipelines) Knowledge of SQL and basic understanding of data architectures and ETL/ELT processes Experience in connecting SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW or CDS Views are advantageous Interest in topics such as Data Governance, Self-Service BI, AI & Advanced Analytics Experience in customer projects, workshops or consulting environment That's how you work: You think business-oriented, not only technically You like working in the team, sharing knowledge and bringing your own ideas You are curious, ready to learn and you want to actively shape modern data platforms
