The Oberberg Fachklinik Bad Tölz is located about 50 km south of Munich. Located in the quiet Tölzer “Badeteil”, the former spa district, it is within walking distance of the historic old town and the Isar. Since 1984 the clinic has been synonymous with individual medicine with superior hotel comfort. The psychotherapeutic focus of all psychosomatic offerings is on the basic behavioral therapeutic orientation using the treatment of the third wave.

In this responsible position, in which your empathy and expertise are equally in demand, you guide our care team and encourage our employees to meet their needs and individually. In an evaluating environment with varied tasks, you can actively shape the care concept and ensure compliance with all quality guidelines and legal requirements. In addition, you are responsible for patient-oriented and efficient personnel deployment planning. With your participation in regular team meetings, you contribute to low-friction processes in everyday life. A special plus: Through our focus on psychiatry, psychosomatics and psychotherapy, you only exercise physically stressful activities occasionally.

As a certified health and nursing professional, you have already gained experience in the psychiatric field. Ideally, you have completed further training for the specialist nurse for psychiatry, psychosomatics and psychotherapy. More importantly, however, are your high empathy and affection as well as your strong sense of responsibility. First management experiences and/or experience in quality management would be a plus, but are not absolutely necessary. You also bring a large portion of team spirit and communication strength with you and want to actively shape our processes? Let's get to know you.
