• Grouping takes place according to the task transfer and personal requirements up to the pay group 9b TV‐L
• Scope of employment is up to 100 %
• The place is first terminated until 31.05.2027

Your tasks:

• Creating programs and business distribution plans
• Treatment of accidents at work
• Conduct of elections (PR, JAV, SBV, BfC, Rector:in, Chancellor:in)
• Advising the Higher Education Board (University Council and Senate)
• Management of the University Council
• Working in the field of Statutes and Orders for students
• Preparation and publication of articles and orders
• Design of the Intranet page / website of the department
• Project / cross-section tasks from the “Organization” department from the Organisation and Law department

Your profile:

• Higher education in the field of legal, administrative or business administration with legal reference (State exams, LL.B, B.A.-Public Management)
• readiness to take responsibility
• Independent, result-oriented mode of operation
• Team skills, communication skills
