In this position you take responsibility for a central production area of sour canned production. You carry out the production phase operationally, continuously develop processes and work closely with different disciplines to ensure a smooth and efficient overall process.

Your specific tasks include: Ensuring a smooth and efficient production process in the field of sour canning production while maintaining all quality, quantity and time requirements. Ensure high standards in hygiene, care, cleanliness and professional maintenance and maintenance of the equipment used according to economic principles. Regular evaluation of new manufacturing and organization methods with regard to their economic and process applicability. Coordination of all relevant interfaces such as production management, warehouses, technology, laboratory and quality management, in order to optimally shape information and process flows and to support across departments.

You have a completed specialist certificate in the food industry or a comparable technical or food technology training. You bring together several years of professional experience in food production and know the requirements for process and quality-oriented work. You have experience in the management and guidance of employees and perform confidently and structuredly. You have basic English skills in word and writing (further language skills are advantageous). You work safely with the PC and common MS‐Office applications such as Word and Excel.
