We are looking for reinforcement for our team silicone production at Fritz-von-der-Lancken-Straße in Potsdam. Do you like to work precisely, keep the eye for detail even in recurring work steps and are you happy to produce high-quality medical devices on a small but fine plant? CONCRETE

• They produce our silicone products on time, efficiently and in the highest quality.
• They operate various manufacturing processes such as extrusion, cutting, injection molding, tempering, after-treatment and labeling.
• They document production and process data according to GDP requirements and perform 4-eye controls.
• They take on in-process controls and ensure that our high quality standards are complied with.
• They pack finished products for the further process steps.
• They order consumables and assist in maintaining our technical equipment.

STR1

• completed technical training
• ideally experience in plant management and/or plant control.
• Prior knowledge of silicone processing is advantageous, but no need.
• craftsmanship and good technical understanding.
• an independent, analytical and solution-oriented procedure.
• a strong sense of responsibility and a high sense of quality, cleanliness and order.
• safe handling of MS Office and good knowledge of German in word and writing.
