Implementation of security talks, security visits and (ad-hoc) risk assessments (GBUs)
Fleet Management holistic management of an extensive machine and truck fleet (about 630 construction machines and 55 trucks) including technical design, specifications and performance testing
Data-based control and optimization of the fleet by using KPIs as well as strategic fleet planning and efficiency enhancement in operation and maintenance
Participation in investment decisions and purchasing processes, including prioritization, application creation and accompaniment of procurement
Implementation of technical innovations and support in complex maintenance projects (rebuilds, repairs) taking into account cost-effectiveness, safety and sustainability
Mining Strategic optimization & continuous improvement (e.g. automation, digitization, extraction concepts, process and degradation planning)
Contact for Global Competence Center (CCA and CCC) and cooperation in the implementation of Group Projects in this area
Coaching & Training & Best Practice Sharing (national)
To successfully master your future tasks, you should bring:
Successfully completed technical studies, e.g. in the field of raw materials, process engineering, mechanical engineering
Multiannual experience in the raw materials and/or recycling industry as well as in the handling of construction machines
Business knowledge, in particular in budget planning and key figures analysis
Good knowledge of English, high flexibility and readiness to travel (up to 25% nationwide)
