Manager M&A (m/f/d)

You independently conduct national and international M&A acquisition projects from the initial language to the successful signing and closing and act as a central interface between all internal and external stakeholders in an experienced corporate M&A team.

You professionally present the acquisition and integration process to relevant decision-makers:inside, both on-site and remote.

Start, check and release business cases and use the central Sonova DCF evaluation tool.

You tax and coordinate the Financial, Commercial and Legal Due Diligence in close cooperation with internal specialist departments and external consultants.

You conduct purchase contract negotiations autonomously or actively support them together with experienced legal funds.

You continuously develop structures, tools and processes in the M&A sector and advance the professionalization of the transaction process.

You act as a single point of contact for sellers: within the entire M&A acquisition process.

You actively support the Upper Funnel of the M&A pipeline, including lead generation, market observation, and the establishment of long-term relationships with sales-ready owners: within auditory and SME companies.

You have a successfully completed study of economics or a comparable qualification.

You have at least five years of professional experience in Corporate M&A, Transaction Advisory, Financial Due Diligence or a comparable transactional environment.

You bring well-founded experience in the DCF company assessment as well as in dealing with financial and assessment models.

Ideally, you have already accompanied numerous smaller asset deals (SMEs) and know different vendor typologies.

You work independently, result-oriented and solution-oriented and convince by high self-motivation and sense of responsibility.

You are characterized by a pronounced analytical and structuring capability and a high economic understanding.

You have secure MS‐Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint. You communicate very safely and convincingly in German and English, both in writing and oral.
